"CARTOGRAPHIC WORK IS, AMONG ALL, AN EFFORT FOR DISCOVERING THE INHERENT COMPLEXITY. SINCE YOU ARE ABLE OF TRANSCRIPT THAT COMPLEXITY TO A SYMBOLIC SYSTEM, YOU ARE ACTUALLY AFFECTING IT, BUILDING A DIFFERENT NEW REALITY. MAP OF EXISTING IS THE PROJECT OF A NEW STEP".
We started from the point that architectural representation is never neutral, but implies in its aesthetical condition a range of values that affect the conception of the depicted object. The narration of the events is captured in a Cartographical document that gathers up narrations structured by microstories. This document makes visible the power of the invisible subaltern actions.
The exposed critical model is the cartography of an urban riot from the own bodies which took part of it. In this way, bodies became a perceptive element of every sensible data depicted by the cartography.
